Story

Run for your lives! (or for People & Planet)

Fed up of all of those 'Non-Zombie Marathons' people keep talking about? Can't get your head around why someone would go for a run without dressing as one of the undead?

Gus, Colin and Peter will be running the Loch Ness Marathon on October 2nd 2011. None of them have ever run a marathon before. Equally, none of them were sober when they signed up. All of them will be dressed as zombies.

To celebrate what will be a gruelling (not to mention gruesome) 26 mile challenge, they will be raising much needed money for People & Planet.

People & Planet is the largest network of young people in the country campaigning to end world poverty, defend human rights and protect the environment. Rather than simply throwing money at the world's problems and expecting them to be solved, by sponsoring Gus, Colin and Peter you can help give young people the skills, support and experience to make a real and sustainable difference to people's lives all over the world. Don't be a zombie, make a difference!

All donations through JustGiving are simple, fast and totally secure. Plus Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.

This is a hugely daunting task for all three wannabe-zombies involved. There may be tears, there will be blood. Please help support them, and support People & Planet.

Or they will eat your brains.
