Story

John O’Groats to Lands End

Riders from  Wey Valley Advanced Motorcycle Club, Ripley, Surrey,  will be making Sunday 2nd July 2006 an "Iron Butt" day. Starting from John O'Groats and riding non-stop to Lands End. Raising money for the Breast Cancer Care charity, this is not just any old ride, we plan to do the 850 mile journey within 24 hours. Some journey.
The trip involves getting to and from each end of the country, so the total 4 days and 1800 miles make it really worth you digging deep and sponsoring our intrepid team who are funding the entire venture themselves.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Breast Cancer Care will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor us now!

Many thanks for your support.
