In the no doubt gruelling September weather, we will be competing against colleagues from across Lloyds Banking group in the annual CB Challenge to raise awareness and funds for Mental Health UK. 

The challenge will consist of over 30 physical and mental challenges, including; running, cycling, rowing, assault courses and a series of brain teasing problems!

Points will be awarded for challenges completed but bonus points will also be awarded for the amount of funds raised for this great charity; therefore any support you can provide is greatly appreciated.

Mental Health UK is a network of 4 national charities across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland to improve the lives of people with mental illness and to support carers.

• £10 could allow an advice worker to answer a call from someone in desperate need of advice and support with their mental health and money problems.

• £20 could help us establish and maintain a unique new online website, providing information so people can get advice on mental health and money 24 hours a day

• £100 could help train an advice worker to provide one-to-one support
