Story
Thank you for visiting my page. I am again raising money for the fantastic Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation, but this time I am doing something a bit different....
The WHAT: my "Monthly-Challenge" Challenge consists of a challenge every month for a year. These include a marathon, 5 half marathons, 2 triathlons and a 100 mile bike race.
The HOW: I am not quite sure at the moment, ask me at the end of April next year!
And most importantly, the WHY: I have been running and raising money for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation for the past four years. I do this in memory of my Dad, a truly inspirational man who lost his battle with this cruel disease in February 2011. RCLCF are the only charity in the UK wholly dedicated to the defeat of lung cancer. They fund vital research into the prevention, earlier detection and treatment of the disease, as well as offering help and hope to those suffering.
Anything you can spare will make a huge difference to this charity, and to me. I will keep updating this page as I complete each challenge. Thank you for your support and generosity.
