I'll be cycling from John O Groats to Lands End this summer, with the fantastic support of my family, without whom this wouldn't be possible.

We are setting off from John O Groats on 16 July and will arrive at Lands End two weeks later.

The trip is entirely self funded, so everything donated will go to this very important charity.

As a GP in a rural area, I have experienced first hand the impact of this critical service during people's hour of greatest need and the gratitude of their relatives for the support they provide.
