The four of us are doing the famous Coast-2-Coast route from the 14th May. Over 4 days we'll cycle west to east departing from the sandy shores of Whitehaven and then up and across the Lakes and east towards Newcastle and Whitley Bay. 

In all the route is around 150 miles and includes a number of hill climbs. It should be quite a challenge.

We are raising much needed funds for the Orchid who exist to save men's lives from testicular, prostate and penile cancers.
