On the 5th October Henry my 3 year old nephew contacted Ecoli and a disease called HUS which attacks our Kidneys, Stomach and Brain. Henry was admitted to Bristol Children’s Hospital on the 11th October and was in a coma for 6 weeks. Nearly 5 months later there has been little improvement and we await a move to a Neuro rehab centre where Henry can start some kind of rehabilitation to prepare him and his family for his return home in 6-12 months. 
 
I'm not the fittest person in the world but am willing to give the 10K Rock Solid Race a go. I'll be competing in a team called 'Men in Crisis' alongside Henrys father.
