Thanks for visiting Stuart Jessup's fundraising page for his 900 mile walk around the Welsh Coast with Poppy, the Springer Spaniel.  This walk will complete their circuit of Wales, following on from their successful 2,600 mile circumnavigation of England, which raised nearly £14,000 for the mental health charities SANE and Anxiety UK in 2011/12.

Besides fundraising, the aim of Stuart's walking is to talk about his own experiences of depression to help raise awareness of mental health and combat the stigma attached to mental health problems.

Anxiety UK provides nationwide support for people struggling to cope with anxiety disorders and panic attacks.  They are a small charity making great efforts with limited funds to help with a condition that affects so many people, .  Read more about their work by following the link opposite.
