Hi friends and family,

 At the beginning of the year i thought it would be a fab idea to take part in a triathlon - yes i am regretting it a bit now! But in my quest of being super healthy (pah!!) i though it would be great to raise money for charity at the same time! and your support will help me get over that finish line!!!
