On Sunday 4 November Vanessa and I will be taking in part in my  first ever running event; joining hundreds of other dogs and their owners for a 5K cani-cross event through Sherwood Forest.

I'm really excited about it, particularly as we are doing it to raise money for Henshaws Society for Blind People. Henshaws help blind and visually impaired people of all ages across the North West. They really do make a big difference to thousands of people, so dig deep and sponsor us now!
