In April & May I'm embarking on 3 challenges with my sister Reena & friend Neal Ruparelia to raise money for the Foxes Foundation run by Leicester City FC & Alan Birchenall (Birch).

I love football & Leicester City FC so what better than to help raise money for charities the Foxes Foundation has:

-The Lord Mayor's Stroke Appeal

Enhancing care & treatment to stroke patients

-The Silver Star Diabetes Appeal

Campaigning to provide Diabetes awareness 

-Home-Start

Family support charity

-Our Space Appeal

Supporting young people with cancer 

-The Alzheimer’s Society

Providing support to sufferers and their families 

-LCFC Defibrillator Campaign

Helping to provide life changing equipment  

-Thailand Charity Partner Foundation

For welfare of mentally ill children in Thailand 

You may be able to relate to some of the above charities. I certainly can as I’ve seen 1st glance how diabetes can affect people. My dad is diabetic & seeing what he has to go through with lifestyle changes & challenges in itself can be gruelling.

The 1st challenge I'm embarking on will be Birch's annual run around the King Power Stadium pitch of 50 laps or 90 minutes. This will be at our last home game of the season against Watford on Friday 26 April.

The week after on Saturday 04 May I'm cycling from the King Power Stadium to Nottingham Forest's City Ground.

A bit of a break(!) as the final challenge is at the end of May bank holiday weekend where I'm taking a brisk walk up & down Ben Nevis.

Challenging challenges as you can see so any money you can donate to those suffering & less fortunate will be a massive help. Any money donated will be split amongst the Foxes Foundation partner charities mentioned above.
