I would like to raise £100 for the Charity Arthritis Research Uk who do such wonderful work in researching in to Rheumatoid Arthritis which is an auto immune disease.  It effects all ages and people from all backgrounds.  My Daughter aged 10 has sufferred from Juvenile RA for 3 years and it impacts on her life greatly.  There are so many things she would love to do with her friends but can't due to consistant pain, joint inflmation and tiredness.  This clearly upsets her.  

She would love to go swimming with her friends and keep up with them.  

She enjoys riding her bike but tires very easily.  

A favourite hobby, Horse Riding just doesn't happen any more.  

She is lucky with the school she is in at present as there is no teasing but she has experienced hurtful teasing in the past.

There is no cure for this disease and it can cause complications with her eyes and vital organs too.  At present she needed eye checks every three months to check that there are no alteratons with her sight, regular blood tests and strict courses of physio to stregthen muscles and liaments,  Some of the drugs prescribed give nasty side effects. This is a lot for any adult to go through let a lone a child.

No child should feel like this.  Please help me reach my target and raise awareness..
