Well we did it :-), and we didn't have to crawl once!!!

John, Paul and I completed The Great Manchester Run - 10 Kilometres on Sunday 20th May 2012 in 1 hour, 23 mins. What a laugh and a brilliant day. Sign us up for next year!!

We've been fundraising on behalf of HELP FOR HEROES, a national charity which provides support to injured British Service men and women. ( www.HELPFORHEROES.org) and RETRAK (www.RETRAK.org), a UK based charity supporting street children in Ethiopia and so far between us, we've raised over £650 and the money is still coming in.
