As a New Years resolution I decided to loose a bit of weight and get fit, and can be seen running the streets of stroud 06:00 every morning,  then I needed a purpose to keep the motivation going,  hence the Stroud half marathon and running for a cause. Following a training plan prepared by Maurice Ault UK Athletics Event Coach I hope to complete the course in a little under 1 hr 40 mins.   I'm running for 2 charities, Childrens Hospice follow the link above and cancer research this page.
