Thanks for taking the time to visit my

I've taken part in Race for Life for several years now.This is by far the most emotional one i have ever done.My dear friend Nic,has terminal Cancer.She was diagnosed,at only 27 years old,on 12th April 2012.Nic is married,with 3 gorgeous children.She has an incredibly supportive husband,parents,and brother.All of these people,along with family and friends,are going to lose someone very special.

Nic is the most brave,determined and inspirational young woman i know.She doesn't make a fuss or complain,just gets on with it.Chemo has now been stopped,as it made Nic too poorly,and she wants to feel as well as she can for her "little monkeys"! I admire and respect Nic so much,and wish i could take the Cancer and all the pain away.But sadly,i can't.So,for my dear friend,i've joined The Heart Team,with Molly from Heart Breakfast,and 49 other women,to try and raise as much as i possibly can for others.

Nic,i love you more than you know.Keep fighting it girl XXXX
