A selection of Tower Printing's fittest and finest will be running The Demelza 10k on September 26th.

Demelza house is a charity personally close to myself (Gavin) as they cared for Kavanagh at the end of his fight against cancer, aged just 5, a fight he very sadly lost.

I run the Demelza every year but this year I will joined by a team of ultra fit honed atheletes in the varied shape of TEAM TOWER.
