When Anne and Stu were planning to cycle from London to Paris, they thought of doing it for charity and invited me to join them on the 300 mile bike ride. 

So, on 13 June, we set off and I am taking this opportunity to ask you to think about supporting the Nightingale Cancer Support Centre in Enfield. It is a small local charity much in need of funds.

I know from personal experience how much specialist support my sister and brother and their families received from similar organisations.
