I am taking part in Palace to Palace London on 5th October 2014. I'll be cycling  a 90 mile route from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle, all in aid of The Prince's Trust. This will be a crime to Lycra but nevertheless I hope I can count on your generous support (financial and emotional) so please dig deep! 

Through the sponsorship I raise, I know that I will be helping a great cause and supporting disadvantaged young people throughout the UK.
