Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
James Easton Reay
My brother, Jim, died of Acute Myeloid Lymphoma on January 29th 2011. He was a Geordie, born in Blyth, near Newcastle Upon Tyne, in 1934. He was proud of my running achievements and wondered why I had never tackled the BUPA Great North Run.
This year I will be running that race from Newcastle to South Shields in his memory, as part of the Banana Army raising money for Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research. I hope to remember him by running with his name and photo printed onto my running shirt.
Please dig deep and donate now to help me raise as much money as I can which will help towards overcoming blood cancers.
