Thanks to you all last years weekend raised over £30k for 6 fantastic charaties and this year we are looking to make things even bigger and better with the addition of two extra teams one of which is the Blue Cross. 

I've been bugging Dave for a long time to include a charity which benefits animals and I was over the moon when I got the phone call asking me to Captain the team for 2014. 

So for my 5th year as part of the weekend I'll be going all out but need your help again to raise some money for this great cause so even if it is just a pound or two it will really help the cause!

I'm currently out of action with a broken foot but as soon as I'm back I'm going to be looking at some challenges to help raise money for this amazing charity!
