During my last trip to Iraq, we had an opportunity to see how the less fortunate lived, in the landfills. As I sit in my home, where I can adjust the heat or the coolness of my home, my mind just kept going back to those families where their houses are made out of blankets.  It does get really cold in Iraq, just like NY, London or Canada. I cannot even imagine how cold they must be feeling during. I decided to join a world without barriers to help raise money for at least a home for one of those families. The cost of building a house that will be the future home for one of those families in the landfill is $8000. Alone, I will not be able to achieve this goal, but together, I KNOW we can achieve it. The aim of this fundraising is to build a home for one family before next month of Mahe Muharram.
