Can you spare a couple of quid and sponsor me?
In 2012 I am taking part in at least 4 cycle rides and 2 triathlons to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.
In 2010 I was almost 21 stone and hadn't cycled in 15 years. In March of that year I got a bike and started cycling everywhere. Since then I have lost over 8 stone and have ridden thousands of miles. My Dad died from a heart attack so this charity is important to me.
I plan to take part in the following events in 2012 for the BHF;
Burgess Hill Springtime Classic - 18th March (71 miles)
Uckfield Sprint Triathlon - 13th May
London to Brighton bike ride - 17th June (54 miles)
Goodwood Bike Ride - 22nd July
Ringmer Sprint Triathlon - 19th August
London to Brighton Off Road - 22nd September (75 miles)
