We provide help, therapies and support to people affected by cancer & bereavement.

Story

Firstly thank you so much to everyone who has donated to this brilliant cause.

We did it!! The triathlon went well, it was an enjoyable challenge and I certainly felt it in my legs on Sunday morning!

The triathlon kicked off on Dunmail Raise, we ran down through , Rydal and Ambleside and arrived at Waterhead on Windermere one hour and ten minutes later.  The second leg of the triathlon involved rowing down Lake Windermere to Fell Foot, this 12 mile journey took over 3 and a half hours and was followed by the final cycle ride to Humphrey head which took an hour.   I then ran the last half mile out into the sands of until I passed the most southerly piece of land in the constituency.

Many thanks also to the brilliant people who accompanied me on the journey; Fenner, Norman, Steve, Olly and Howard - and of course to Bill who did a marvellous job ferrying us all around.

I am really pleased that we were able to raise so much money to put towards this important building project, caring for young people who have been affected by cancer is so important.

Many thanks to everyone,

Tim
