Against every bone in my body I have decided to run the London marathon. Yes, run the marathon. Despite the utter panic that grips me every morning, it is not complete madness. This year it will be exactly 10 years since my wonderful Grandad died from lung cancer. I really wanted to do something in his memory, and so I am running on behalf of the Roy Castle Foundation, a charity that funds unique research into the early detection of lung cancer and gives huge support both for people suffering from cancer, and their families. So wish me luck and I'd be so grateful if you could give generously to a fantastic cause. Tom x
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It's also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation gets your money faster and, if you're a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
Thank you for your support.
