Anyone who knows me will know I don't do running. I think I've been running four times in my life - getting chased as a kid doesn't count it turns out.

I'm doing this so I can get off my lazy arse but, more importantly, to raise some much needed dosh for a charity that does amazing work.

Glasgow Women's Aid has been supporting women, children and young people facing domestic abuse for over 35 years. They provide information, support and temporary refuge accommodation. Your money will help ensure these vital services are kept running.
