Welcome to our fundraising page!

We are running the London Landmarks half marathon on 25 March 2018.

We know that a half marathon isn't quite the pinnacle of endurance but for a couple like us who shun distance running in favour of pretending to do exercise in the gym (stretching mainly), it's going to be a tough and emotional couple of hours! When you throw in those cold winter mornings of training and the fierce rivalry for the best time (Harriet definitely in pole position on that one - FYI), we're in for a fun-filled few months.

We were personally moved to raise money for our chosen charity, Tommy's, which funds research into miscarriage, stillbirth and premature death. Our very good friends Dom and Georgia tragically lost their beautiful baby daughter Beatrice a few hours after coming into this world. Dom is attempting to run the half marathon in a time of 1hr 22m! Needless to say we will be a few (make that twenty plus) minutes behind him. If you would like to give to Dom instead of, or preferably as well as us, a link to his page is below:

Whilst nothing will bring back little Beatrice, the least we can do is raise money to support Tommy's work and try and make baby deaths a thing of the past.
