Picture the scene....snow falling on the ground, the sound of sleigh bells jingling in the distance. A group of finely tuned, ultra fit, highly trained athletes step up to the starting line, dressed in the crimson colours of mr claus himself, ready to take on the challenge of an EPIC *cough* 2 mile *cough* RUN that will surely seperate the weak from the strong and prove once and for all who is the fastest Santa in the Dorchester area**.....

.....and then focus just behind this line of finely tuned athletes and picture us numpties dressed in silly beards, ill-fitting santa clobber ready to tackle the course and just not die in the process. Expect wheezing, muscle aches, begging passers-by for a piggy back, odd facebook status updates and any other activities associated with a bunch of nerdy IT types trying to tackle a vaguely physical pursuit in fancy dress. It should be fun! It is for a good cause! Give generously.
