Story

Mission Accomplished!!

With just ten minutes remaining on the clock, the weary legs of "The Only Way is Up" team carried them into the carpark at the foot of Snowdon.  A big thank you to everyone who has supported the team, and a special mention to the dedicated driver/cook/organiser, without whom this task would not have been possible.  Please contine to donate, every little helps!!

Old Parmitarians Neil Robertson and Lucy Johnston, and their partners Sara-Jane Dance and Neil Johnston are looking to ascend and descend the 3 highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales, ably assisted by long standing Parmiter's School Governer Keith Robertson as designated driver.

Any monies raised will go to Parmiter's School Parents' Association, where it will then be shared between two causes.  An outdoor under cover catering area is to be constructed at the school, in memory of a mathematics teacher who recently passed away.  The other very worthy cause is the Teenage Cancer Trust.

Overall walking distance is 25 miles, driving distance is 500 miles and ascent is 9700 feet, all within 24 hours, so please give generously for this uphill task, and remember, if you are a UK tax payer the charity can claim a further 28% from your donation.

Many thanks, The Only Way Is Up Team!!!
