Ar ôl bron 10 mlynedd o wneud fawr ddim dwi wedi penderfynu dychwelyd at redeg - a gwneud hynny'n er mwyn helpu pobl sy'n llai ffodus na fi.

After 10 years of idleness I've decided to start running again and to do so in order to raise money for a group of people who are less fortunate than I am.

Wedi clywed gan y wraig am y problemau y mae plant gyda dyslecsia yn eu hwynebu ac am yr ysgol fach yn Llysfaen sy'n darparu ar eu cyfer, penderfynais i drio gwneud rhywbeth iddyn nhw.

Having heard via my wife about the problems that children with dyslexia face and about the little school in Lisvane that provides help for them, I decided to try to do my bit for the cause.
