As a team we are running the London 10k - many of us running for the first time (eek) - in support of the wonderful Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice. Ian Clark spent the last month of his life there and the doctors, nurses and volunteer staff made this difficult time so much more bearable for him and his family.

The hospice receives only 15% of it's funds from the NHS, relying on donations (from kind lovely people like you) to raise the remaining amount. (It needs £10,000 a week to run at full capacity and still has some beds currently closed). It's an inspirational place that should be available to everyone in need of it, and as family and friends of Ian we feel indebted.
