Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page and our desire to help a little boy called Harvey.
Harvey is a happy, funny, fun loving and very cheeky little 5 year old boy. In June 2010 after many visits to the doctors and local hospital A&E department Harvey was diagnosed with stage 4 Neuroblastoma, a very aggressive childhood cancer.
Harvey is unique in many ways, he is one of identical twin boys who have Downs syndrome, there are only a handful in the UK. Harvey will also be the first documented patient in the world to have Down's syndrome and be treated for Neuroblastoma.
Treatments in the UK for Neuroblastoma are limited and treatments given abroad DO work for children who have not responded to the UK protocol. It is looking most probable that at some point Harvey will need to be treated in Germany or the USA, we will be looking at a cost of around £300,000.

The Cycle!
AJ and Jason will be cycling from Tickenham Golf Course to Lands End over the first weekend in September. A daunting task.
Jason has decided to Challenge himself every week for 1 month, Typically the month I have chosen - September 2013, has 5 weekends!
Challenge 1 - Cycling from Bristol to Lands End.
Challenge 2 - Playing golf continuously for 24 hours, yes even at night!
Challenge 3 - The Bristol Half Marathon
Challenge 4 - Tough Mudder South West - Gruelling 12 mile run with 25 hideous obstacles including electric shocks, ice baths and burning fields
Challenge 5 - Running the Gordano Round - A Long Distance Walker Association route over 26 miles covering the local area.
