The aim of this adventure is to raise money for two very worthwhile charities.
CoolEarth is the official charity of the Mongol Rally 2014, and it works alongside indigenous villlages to halt rainforest destruction in the Amazon. It is undoubetdly a very worthwhile cause, and we hope that we can make a big contribution to it's amazing work by partaking in this Rally. We hope to raise £1000 for CoolEarth.
All four of us are students at Cambridge University, and we also wanted to raise money for a more local charity. Therefore, we are also raising money for the East Anglia's Children's Hospices, which cares for children and young people with life-threatening conditions across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk. Once we have raised the £1000 for CoolEarth, any additional money will go towards East Anglia's Children's Hospices.
Thank you for supporting us on the Mongol Rally 2014.
