We're a group of friends/acquaintances/rivals/vicious enemies who have joined together to try and raise a bit of cash for London’s Air Ambulance and figured jumping from an aircraft would be a reasonable way to have a go at this.
London’s Air Ambulance is a charity, operating from The Royal London Hospital in east London, who provide a 24/7 service delivering a doctor and paramedic team across the city. They provide advanced pre-hospital care for patients who are victims of serious injury and who are very often critically injured. They provide a very rapid and safe system for these patients that is equally as safe as it would be within a hospital, just that much earlier.
In order for London’s Air Ambulance to maintain its track record of care to the city they rely heavily on public donations. Some of us work as paramedics in London and have worked alongside the air ambulance and have seen firsthand how vital their work is.
