We are travelling 50 miles in two days because physical activity is great for your mental fitness. People with severe mental health issues die earlier than people who do not have a severe mental health problem. I want to do the walk with State of Mind team mates and encourage anyone who has experienced any mental fitness issues to join us for 100 metres or as much as you feel comfortable to move. There are 6 people undertaking the whole 50 miles either walking or in a wheelchair hand-cycle.
