In August 1994 we found out that Rebecca, my sister and Drew's mum had skin cancer (a malignant melanoma). The cancer was a relatively rare and aggressive strain and despite treatment Rebecca died just 16 week later aged 27.
To mark the 20th anniversary of her death and ensure that it was not in vain, Drew and I are hoping to raise money and awareness in her memory with a view to supporting those with, and helping find a cure for cancer.
We have set ourselves the challenge for August 2014 of walking home from Lands End 26 miles per day for 26 days to raise £26K
