Thanks for visiting our team fundraising page.
We've joined together to raise money for the Cardiomyopathy Association in memory of Mitchell Cole, former Stevenage FC footballer.
Mitch's life was tragically cut short by hypertrophic cardiomyopathy on 30th November 2012 at only 27 years old.
The CMA is a charity for everybody affected by heart muscle disease (cardiomyopathy), of which Mitch was an ambassador for.
A group of Stevenage FC supporters are taking on the challenge of walking from Oxford United FC to Stevenage FC (two of Mitch's former club's) in August 2013 and will be arriving at Stevenage FC just in time for kick off of the first home game of the 2013-14 season.
The distance is some 60 miles and will take approximatly 18 hours or so.
Hopefully the team will be wearing shirts from each of the 11 club's that Mitch represented (kindly dontaed by each of the club's) along with his squad number.
