This year is the first Asbestos Removal Contractors Association (ARCA) Charity Week to support two worthwhile causes, the Indee Rose Trust and Mesothelioma UK.
To support these charities some of the staff at ARCA's Burton office aim to bike 480 miles!
The staff will cover the 480 miles - the distance between the Association's training facilities in Glasgow and Rayleigh - on an exercise bike in the office.
It will be a challenge but the team, some fitter than others, are determined to cover the mileage!

Your support will help those suffering with an asbestos related cancer and children with a life limiting tumour.
