In July, Steve, Ben & Jonny will be competing in the 4peaks, a challenge that will see the guys run up and down (yes run!) Ben Nevis (Scotland), Helvellyn (England), Snowdon (Wales) and Carantouhill (Ireland) all within 48hrs!
The 3 guys will be supported along the way, by Alastair who will have the equally demanding challenge of driving the team through the night, keeping the guys hydrated and well fed, tending to any injuries and generally playing nurse throughout the trip - oh and he will also be running the last mountain in Ireland!
Our goal is 2 fold - 1. to raise as much money as possible for a fantastic charity that supports disadvantaged children throughout the UK and 2. to compete against 50 other teams and complete the challenge within the 48hrs as fast as we can.
This is by no means a 'walk in the hills' and will require a great deal of training throughout the winter to prepare, so please give generously, if you think this is a worthwhile cause, or if you think this is a worthwhile challenge, or just if you think the guys are slightly mad, whatever your reasons, the guys are truly grateful for every penny received towards their efforts in support of a fantastic charity.
