On October 28th we will be taking part in the Great South Run again. We are running in the charming Banana Army yellow. Last year, with the charity run and our wedding we raised £2500 between UK and Iceland thanks to our wonderful friends and families: http://www.justgiving.com/teammandc.503211 and http://www.krabb.is/?PageID=374 This year we have more modest hopes, but we do have just as much motivation. As some of you know, it has been a strange couple of years, with all the joy tinged by unexpected spells of bad news.  If you can at all help, even just with £1, please do.
