Our motivation has come from the wonderful Mrs Chang, who was diagnosed with breast cancer only a few months ago. After extensive surgery and reconstruction work her treatment is going well.

In part, her recovery has been fuelled by her tremendous courage combined with love and support from her family and friends.

Her positivity and good spirits has been an inspiration to us all; and when the idea to do the Macmillan Hike was floated, she was the first to say yes and put her name on the team sheet .

Although this one is for Mrs C, it is also for everyone who has been touched directly or indirectly by cancer and for the wonderful organisation that is Macmillan.
