Story
Red Funnel National 24hr Three Peaks Challenge
This challenge is very tough. It involves reaching the summit of the highest peaks in England, Wales and Scotland and the aim is to do this within 24 hours. The three peaks are Snowdon, which standsat 1,085m, Scafell Pike at 978m, and Ben Nevis at 1,344m.
The distance driven as part of the challenge is around 470 miles. However, in total from our start point to back home, we will be travelling about 1,300 miles. The 24-hour clock only starts ticking from when we start our first climb and it stops when we have descended our final peak
Six Red funnel Employees will be taking on this challenge in September starting with Ben Nevis and heading South! Training updates will follow on Red Funnel Socials.
