As a close group of friends, we wanted to do something in support of cyclical vomiting syndrome and ASD, both are causes close to our hearts, having personal experience with someone very special to us who is affected by them.

We want to do something significant so we can highlight the incredible accomplishments that these individuals achieve every day, especially as in certain instances these achievements are something that most of us take for granted.

We hope to do this by setting ourselves the challenge of climbing the highest peak in Britain – Ben Nevis!

On Saturday 27th August we will be climbing Ben Nevis to raise funds for CVSA who support those with cyclical vomiting syndrome, and Scottish Autism, who support families and individuals with ASD.
