Story
As Cat and Francis return to all 42 community Spots and deliver 25,000 donated books, we invite you to take part in the journey.
As part of the EduSpots summer literacy festival, we will aim to collectively run, walk, swim, or row the roughly 2,000 miles that Francis and Cat will take on the road. Our aim will be to beat their journey!
Sign up for this network challenge through our registration form. This link gives you the chance to order a t-shirt and medal and explains more about the process.
The aim is simple: to 'beat' Cat and Francis as they return to all the communities this summer to deliver books and STEM resources and meeting library committees!
If you've not volunteered with us before, welcome to the EduSpots community! At EduSpots, we connect, train, and equip over 200 volunteers to lead community-centred change through leadership of our network of 42 libraries in rural Ghana. Due to Covid, students in Ghana have been out of school for 9 months these year, and EduSpots volunteers provide resources and support to enable students to get back on track.
