Team SMT Yorkshire cycle challenge · 4 July 2014

Sobell House cares for people in Oxfordshire at the end of life, offering specialist support to them and their families. It costs around £11.9 million a year to provide care in our hospice, hospitals and community. Your support helps us to treat every patient and family with dignity and compassion.

Story

12 cyclist (along with 2 support crew) will be riding 185miles from SMT (Oxfordshire) to Halifax (Yorkshire) over 2 long days in the saddle in aid of Sobell house.  The team includes:

Ed Robson, Will Bickell, Hannah Brice, Tristan Hale, Ian Wilkinson, Les Day, Richard Gardiner, Kieran McGrath, Donald Hare, Land Ketsawang, Pete Clarke, Oliver Howe, Ryan Cooper & Claire Hazleton

The route will take the cyclists through the heart of the Peak district and will involve ~9000ft of climbing over many challenging hills!  The team will hopefully arrive in time to watch the 2nd stage of the Tour de France as it passes though the Yorkshire countryside on the 6th of July.

Please help ‘Team-SMT’ raise money in aid of this great cause.  Any donation, no matter how big or small, will be greatly received!
