Spina Bifida is a fault in the spine in which on or more bones don't form properly during development before birth, leaving a gap or a split which causes damage to the nervous system.

Lisa has Spina Bifida Occulta - a hidden form of the disease and has, along with 100's of other Spina Bifida diagnosed people received amazing support when it is needed most. 

Last year James took park in Tough Mudder Scotland in support of SSBA and earned his legionnaire headband and Lisa spectated - this year - they run together for the first time.
