We are 4 guys from the RAF currently based at RAF Wittering;
we are taking part in the Banger Run 2017. The challenge is to buy a car worth
£500 or less and travel across Europe to a specified destination. This year we
are attempting to take our banger to Zagreb in Croatia across 4 days. We will start
in Dover and cross 4 countries on the way to Croatia. Our mode of transport is
2006 Ford Mondeo (Ex Taxi) which we will be turning into the Bat Mobile. For the
challenge we will be raising money for the Royal British Legion to help the
support for current and retired members of the armed forces.
