I'm running the Bournemouth marathon for the Henry Spink Foundation which is an independant charity created to help families of children with severe disabilities.

The money raised will help them launch a new centre, which when completed will provide support for young people who can not get employment because of their disabilities, and for whom there is little on offer elsewhere.

As well as providing things such as cinema and theatre visits for the children. Many of them don't have the opportunity for such activities as their families struggle to make ends meet. 

So please donate (I will be running 26.2 miles after all)
