This is going to be a challenge as most of you know i'm much happier plodding the streets. Lets hope im not going to fall off my bike as im still hopeless at roundabouts and traffic lights! It is a matter close to my heart as 1 in 3 people aged over 65 will die with a form of dementia and 42% of the UK population know a close friend or family member with this illness.
