Story
On 13th September 2009, Tim and Caitlin will both be running the Robin Hood Half Marathon in Nottingham to raise money for the MS Society of Great Britain.
Multiple Sclerosis is a progressive neurological condition that affects around 85,000 people in the UK. It's a disease with a thousand faces that affects different people in different ways. It can cause a variety of symptoms including loss of balance and mobility, extreme fatigue, depression and mood swings. There is currently no cure and few effective treatments, but with the right support and information people can continue their lives. For many people, that support and information comes directly from the MS Soclety.
MS is a disease that has recently touched our lives, and running thirteen or so miles across Nottingham seems like a relatively small price to pay to raise some money to help the Society continue with their excellent work and research.
All we need now is your money!
So please dig deep and donate now: all money donated here will go directly to the charity.
Thanks and see you at the finish line...

We've got a new member of the team now that Nick has decided to both run the half marathon and to collect sponsorship on our behalf. Welcome Nick and thank you.
We've also nearly reached our initial £1000 target with 12 days to go. Thank you all so much for your generosity. I'm upping the target a notch to see how far we can go. Many thanks for your support.
