We are the charity for older people to be there when they need us most.

Story

In September Colin Stewart and Neil Rostance are running nearly 140 miles from Manchester to Newcastle and then competing in the Great North Run 2010.

Kate Blatherwick and Steven Chase are also joining us for the last leg, running the world's biggest half marathon the Great North Run, so please support them too!
